Prior to commencing CST Properties in 2001 Managing Director Con Tastzidis had over 25 years senior management experience..

..with several National and International Property companies including Dainford (Resort Hotels of Australia) , Sheraton International and Inter Continental Hotels and Resorts.

Con has also held several part time teaching positions at:

• International Hotel School (University- Manly) lectured in Food and Beverage Cost control systems.

• Careers Business College where he lectured in Front Office, Food & Beverge Management and Hotel Accounting.

• UTS (University of Technology Sydney) lectured Food & Beverage Control Systems and Purchasing procedures for students in the Bachelor of Business - (Hotel Management).

During this time Con had accrued this experience to fully understand the complexities involved in the sale and purchase of Investment Properties, Hotel/Tourism/Resorts, and Development sites on all levels including buying,selling and operations. A background which gives Con the ability to better understand your position and best tailor a solution for your unique situation. We don’t believe in the one size fits all approach.

• Committee Member since 1989 for the St Spyridon Golf Day - which has raised over $550,000 for various charities with the major benefactor being the Sydney Childrens Hospital.

• Vice President of the Castle Cove Progress Association and editor of (Castle News) Local Community Newsletter since 1995.

• Member of the CLC (Community Liaison Committee) for the Northside Storage Tunnel 1998-2000).

• Participated in St Vincent De Pauls annual CEO sleepout which raised over $1,000,000 from all 180 CEO's in Sydney and over $2,500,000 around Australia in 2010

Con is married with 2 sons and enjoys swimming, skiiing, golf and dreaming of another South Sydney Rabbitohs (Rugby League) Premiership!
